Day True is all about combinations. Pairings of ideas and spaces, colours and shapes. Tony Robson & Hayley Tarrington-Robson are together, a unique combination. Both have extensive experience in the kitchen/bathroom world, each pushing boundaries in design and product sourcing, in separate cities, in separate organisations, before meeting and forming their own. Day True began in Maida Vale in 2013 and opened in Chelsea in 2015. It is ideas and brands. It is kitchens and bathrooms. It is design and living. It is Tony, Hayley and the team.
After studying at Bucks University, Hayley worked for the Nobia group, working with brands such as C.P. Hart, Magnet and Poggenpohl. She left the comfort of her senior role at C.P. Hart to follow her dream of founding a studio that designs exciting and inspiring spaces, no matter the budget. As Creative Director Hayley is responsible for designing the renowned Day True showrooms & some stunning home projects in both an interior designer and architect capacity.
After 20 years working at industry stalwarts including Jacuzzi, British Gypsum and Pilkington’s, Tony opened his first bathroom showroom, Plug, to industry acclaim in his home town of Leicester. After meeting Hayley in 2009 they developed the kitchen side of the business, before moving to London and opening Day True in 2013. Tony’s passion for product is rivaled only by his passion for food and he can often be found in the Day True kitchen with his chef’s hat on!
